- Can I keep using Excel?
- Yes. BOQ import and export from spreadsheets is part of the estimating workflow.
- Does AI issue my price?
- No. AI can suggest; your authorised reviewer issues every price.
- Does it obtain my NOC?
- No. It prepares and tracks the approval workflow. Connected submission only where a supported integration exists.
- Can it read my existing chats?
- Only messages from a connected WhatsApp Business account, or chats you forward or import yourself.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes, authorised users can export their organisation's data.
- Are all authorities covered?
- No. Coverage is published, and unknown cases are flagged for verification.
- How do I create my organisation?
- Create an account, confirm your email, then name your organisation. You become its owner.
- How do I record an enquiry?
- In the app, open Enquiries and choose New enquiry. Client name and work type are required.
- How do I turn an enquiry into a project?
- Open the enquiry and choose Convert to project. Conversion happens once — repeating it returns the same project.
- Who can see my records?
- Only active members of your organisation with the right permission. Other organisations cannot read your data.
