About processing credits

A credit is a metered processing allowance — not a promise that one drawing equals one credit. You see the estimated credits before every expensive run. Retries caused by platform faults are not charged twice. Paid overages always need your explicit approval.

Stated separately

WhatsApp provider messaging fees, expert review and large data migration are priced separately. Onboarding scope is agreed up front. External invited clients and suppliers do not use internal seats (fair-use and security limits apply). Cancellation and data export terms are published with live billing.

Questions

Can I keep using Excel?
Yes. BOQ import and export from spreadsheets is part of the estimating workflow.
Does AI issue my price?
No. AI can suggest; your authorised reviewer issues every price.
Does it obtain my NOC?
No. It prepares and tracks the approval workflow. Connected submission only where a supported integration exists.
Can it read my existing chats?
Only messages from a connected WhatsApp Business account, or chats you forward or import yourself.
Can I export my data?
Yes, authorised users can export their organisation's data.
Are all authorities covered?
No. Coverage is published, and unknown cases are flagged for verification.
